I have trouble reading, so I think it would be nice if the ankihub add on would be able to read its responses to me.

There are options for text-to-speech that are native to Anki itself, which would include any Ankihub-related cards.

I have a question, do we have to do that for each individual card?
Nope, the edit occurs to the note type itself and so applies to any notes that use that note type.
