What is the limit for the AI usage?
As our premium tier is currently in the pre-release phase, we are experimenting with finding an appropriate way to limit usage to make the features affordable for us and our users. Our goal is to provide generous usage so that users are unlikely to hit these limits while also avoiding abuse and overuse of expensive AI-based features. That said, the current monthly limitations are the following:
Chatbot limitations
- Approximately 150,000 words of input text
- The following count towards this limit:
- raw user input (i.e., the question you ask)
- our system prompt
- notes retrieved from the deck that are used to answer the question
- The following count towards this limit:
- Approximately 187,500 words of output text
- This means you can get 187,500 words of AI responses
Smart Search limitations
- 3,750,000 words of search input
- For example, if you upload a 10 page document with 2,000 words, you will consume 0.05% of your budget
