Where and how to report image content error?

As the title says!
for example, these two images have wrong information about mobitz type 2

They say QRS is dropped randomly (not always) and the image tries to depict it as if they are always dropped randomly

I actually have a long overdue suggestion regarding a card that uses this image!

I’ll help you understand how to report image content errors in AnkiHub. Let me search for some relevant information on this topic.

Reporting Image Content Errors in AnkiHub

Hi BEST8OY,

Thank you for pointing out these errors regarding the Mobitz type 2 images. There are two main ways to report content errors in AnkiHub:

Option 1: Suggest a Change in Anki Desktop

The recommended way to report errors is through the AnkiHub add-on:

  1. Find the card with the incorrect image in your Anki desktop application
  2. Click on the AnkiHub menu at the top of Anki
  3. Select “Suggest a Change” for that specific card
  4. Describe the error (in your case, explaining that Mobitz type 2 QRS complexes are not dropped randomly)
  5. Include any references or sources that support the correct information
  6. Submit your suggestion

Option 2: Use the AnkiHub Web App

You can also suggest changes through the web application:

  1. Visit app.ankihub.net
  2. Navigate to the deck containing the card
  3. Find the specific card with the error
  4. Use the “Suggest a Change” feature
  5. Provide details about the error and correct information

When suggesting changes, it helps to:

  • Be specific about the exact error
  • Provide authoritative sources (as you mentioned AMBOSS)
  • Explain clearly what should be corrected

The deck maintainers will review your suggestion and decide whether to implement the changes.

If you’re having technical difficulties submitting a change, please provide more details about any error messages you encounter.

Hello,

I would be happy to help.

It looks like the bot captured the answer to your question pretty well, though please let us know if there is anything else we can help with. :mending_heart:

My main problem is that content errors suggestions which I deem quite important are not prioritized or they are easily missed! (specially images)

For example, the suggestion I mentioned that is long overdue is from February

I don’t know maybe we could incorporate AI to prioritize suggestions importance

Gotcha, thanks for that additional context.

If you’ve submitted a suggestion (as sounds like you have done already) it makes its way into the queue to be looked over by a team of deck maintainers.

Necessarily, there are many more users than are maintainers and so there are not generally any specific timelines with which to assure that a suggestion will be voted on one way or the other, and/or approved or rejected. In the meantime, though, you can always edit your local collection if you prefer and so it can be in accordance with the errors that you may have found.

But, ff you’ve put in your suggestions that’s all you have to do.

If there is anything else I can be of help with, or anything I can help troubleshoot for you, I’d be happy to be of help however I can in the meantime. :mending_heart:

I’m not sure. I can certainly pass the idea along.

@BEST8OY We go through 100s of suggestions a day so its easy for some to get buried even though they are important. Feel free to @ me or any of the maintainers asking for a follow up on a suggestion, we’re more than happy to review it!

When you @ one of us, we get a notification. Commenting on a suggestion without @’ing unfortunately doesn’t alert us so we won’t see the comment
