I can’t find any cards. They are not suspended, rather just not their. I payed for AnkiHub but no cards are in my Anki despite subscribing

I downloaded AnkiHub and the add-on, as well fully synced but my v12 Step 2 deck only has 4 cards (see pictures). Much help is appreciated on how I can see all the cards, thank you 🙋 Support support-request	2	72	March 6, 2024
