Hello,

  1. Try restarting Anki to see if that resolves the problem.
  2. Try connecting to a different network to see if it works.
  3. Do you have any VPN/firewall software running?

I logged out of Anki web, I tried to log out from Anki hub, I uninstalled anki, and reinstalled it again

I disabled the firewall, and even used a VPN,

and nothing worked,

Even I think it is a network problem, Shall I try a different VPN?

Try disabling your VPN and try a different network
