0 notes when syncing with Anki Hub

I am having trouble uploading my cards to AnkiHub. I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting steps but after every upload, it says “0 notes” even when I have 20+ cards. Please help.

I think I can help you better if you provide more information:

  • Are you trying to suggest new cards for the AnKing Step Deck, or are you uploading new cards to your own deck?
  • Are you making sure your 20+ cards have the “AnKingOverhaul (AnKing Step Deck / AnKingMed)” note type?

Once we have this figured out, we can try some troubleshooting.:blush:

Whats the deck name?

When you uploaded the cards, did you accept the suggestions on AnkiHub?

I have four decks I’m trying to upload and share. I am not sure if it suggested anything?

Whenever you create new cards, they will need to be suggested to AnkiHub and accepted.

Try the following:

Suggest new cards tutorial: How to Bulk Suggest New Notes

Accept them: How to Bulk Accept/Reject a Page of Suggestions

It is working now!!! I didn’t do anything, but now all the notes are populating! Thank you guys soooo much!!!
