It sounds like your AnKing Step Deck may not have properly installed. Let me help you troubleshoot this issue:
Complete Troubleshooting Steps:

First, confirm your AnkiHub setup:
- Make sure the AnkiHub add-on is properly installed in Anki
- Verify that you’re logged into the AnkiHub add-on with the same account you used to purchase the subscription

Try resetting your local changes:
- Go to Browse in your Anki
- At the top click on the AnkiHub addon tab
- Press Reset all local changes
- This will restore everything from AnkiHub’s servers

Verify subscription and installation:
- In Anki, click on the AnkiHub menu at the top
- Go to Deck Management and check if the AnKing Step Deck is listed as subscribed
- If it is subscribed, click on the deck and make sure it shows as installed

Force a fresh sync:
- Click the Sync button in Anki
- If prompted to upload to AnkiWeb or download from AnkiWeb, choose the appropriate option
- After syncing, check if the tags now appear in Browse → Tags

Check for the deck in Anki:
