Anki-Add On Error

Add on error when I try to sync. I just downloaded and paid for the ANKI deck, images are not loading and anki has to be “force quit”.

Is there any error message that pops up? Can you copy paste the contents of the error message here?

It wont even allow me to click on the screen to copy but it says: Oh no! An Anki-Hub add on error has occured. Click “report error” if you’d like to report on this https//community.ankihub.net

Can you click on that report error button, this will allow the devs to see what the issue is more indepth

I cannot click on anything, it crashes the whole program and I have to force quit it in order to use the computer.

What are you doing before the error pops up? Are you clicking on browse?

It’s immediately upon opening anki. And when attempting to “sync”

Can you upload your logs if you are able to, it will be in the ankihub addon menu (⚙️ AnkiHub Addon Menu)

You should be able to at least copy the error message. Can you post the text here?

If you’re experiencing random crashes with no error messages, try changing the video driver option from the preferences.
