Anki will not sync with AnkiHub, says it is due to planned maintenance or unexpected issue

Hello, my Anki will not sync with AnkiHub and there doesn’t seem to be any maintenance going on right now. The error message is not specific. I am logged into AnkiHub on browser and on Anki.

Just to check, can you go to your top menu bar within Anki and click: Anki - About Anki and let me know the version number of Anki that you’re running?

If it’s anything but 25.02 you may want/need to update

I am updated and have the same error message

Just to be sure I’m on the same page, can you share a screenshot of the message you’re seeing?

It is on 24.11 so I will try to update

Not sure what this may mean, but when I am on school wifi (which works for other websites), the error message is “no internet connection.” When I go on hotspot, I get the original message that I mentioned.

Just to double check, can you also try updating your AnkiHub addon → How to update the AnkiHub Add-on

I got the same thing yesterday, but I restarted my Anki and it went away​:man_shrugging:

The error can appear when the server is experiencing slowdowns.
