I changed my internet connection and even used a VPN, but the error persisted. Finally, I downgraded Anki to 24.11 and reinstalled everything (even Windows). I was then able to log in, but now I’m facing another error during syncing that mentions something about a server SSL error:

I found the solution. The error was caused by the Amazon certificates used by AnkiHub’s webserver. I manually downloaded and installed the “Amazon Root CA 1” certificate on my machine, and this resolved the issue.
