AnkiHub Not Logging In (Stuck in Maintenance Mode for Hours)

Hello,

I am trying to sign in and sync my decks, but I’m getting the following message:

“AnkiHub is undergoing routine maintenance.
Please visit ankihub.net/status and check your email for details.”

It has been in this state for hours. Could you let me know when the maintenance mode will be finished?

Also, what Anki version are you on?

This is a fresh install with the latest AnkiHub add-on.
My Anki Version:

Version ⁨25.02 (038d85b1)⁩
Python 3.9.18 Qt 6.6.2 PyQt 6.6.1

Can you try connecting with a different wifi network or mobile data and see if that makes a difference?

I changed my internet connection and even used a VPN, but the error persisted. Finally, I downgraded Anki to 24.11 and reinstalled everything (even Windows). I was then able to log in, but now I’m facing another error during syncing that mentions something about a server SSL error:

I found the solution. The error was caused by the Amazon certificates used by AnkiHub’s webserver. I manually downloaded and installed the “Amazon Root CA 1” certificate on my machine, and this resolved the issue.
