Can't sign into Anki Hub after installing add on on a new computer

I added the Anki Hub add on with success. When I log on with my credentials, I get an error message that says “AnkiHub is undergoing routine maintenance. Please visit ankihub.net/status and check your email for details”

  1. That URL doesn’t work
  2. I just signed into Anki Hub on my other computer before trying on the new computer and it worked fine, so I doubt this is a systemic issue with the website

A couple of things just to make sure:

  • What operating system are you using?
  • Do you know what version of Anki you’re running?
  • Can you double-check that all of your addons are up to date? (Tools - addons - check for updates).
  • I’m using windows 10, my other computer is also windows 10 and anki works fine.
  • Version ⁨24.11 (87ccd24e)⁊
  • I just checked and all add ons are up to date

Just so I’m on the same page:

Are both the computer that’s working fine and this one on the same network?

Any VPN’s or firewalls, or similar?

Correct, same network
No VPNs

Can you try signing in now and see if you’re still getting an error?

Tried again just now. Unfortunately still getting the same error message :frowning:

Did you get an update? I am having the same issues on my Windows 11

It seems like its a problem with the latest 24.11 update with Anki. I downloaded an older version (24.06) and it works now!
