I have tried to download the AnkiHub add on. I type in the code says downloading then this error message pops up.

I have tried opening with the shift key. I have downloaded and redownloaded Anki, I have went in and disabled/enabled add ons but seem to be getting nowhere with trying to get the add on. I am on the newest version.
Any help appreciated
