Do you already have an older version of the add-on installed? Can you try manually removing the add-on folder before updating if so? You can find the folder by going to Tools > Add-ons, selecting AnkiHub, and clicking Show Files.

i do not have the any version of the add-on

If you don’t see AnkiHub listed in the add-ons list, can you navigate to your addons21 folder (via the Show Files button again, but this time without selecting an add-on first) and see if you can find a folder named “1322529746”? If you find it, try deleting it after closing Anki then try installing the add-on again.
