I am using the UKYCOM optional tags and I have all of the cards from the recent syncing, but I do not have one specific tag. Does anyone know how I can get that tag to show up on my anki?
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes to optional tag
Hi! I have tried the “reset optional tags” button 3 times, but I have not tried the “reset all local changes to a deck.” Is that the option I need to try?
That will only reset changes to the deck cards, if you are missing a optional tag, it wont fix that. Unless you are missing an AnKing deck tag?
I am only missing one of the optional deck tags. Resetting the optional tags did not work
Can other people subscribed to that optional tag see it?

OK, one more test to narrow down the issue. Can you try this search and let me know how many notes it returns?

When I search this, no notes pop up!
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Then try to see if those notes pop up
This brought up 34 notes for me!
I reset my optional tag group again and the rest of the cards popped up, so I would say it is working! Thank you both for your help!
