Deck not syncing

Hello, I decided to resume my subscription and re-download the deck after being unsuccessful at downloading optional tags. This time, I am unable to see the deck. I’m signed into AnkiHub, followed all the steps, but the deck isn’t showing up when I sync. I have tried everything and it won’t even show up when I go into “browse”. Can someone please help me with this? As well as with figuring out the optional tags? Thank you.

Hi, I was eventually able to have the deck show up and somehow the optional tags drop down too! Now, the issue is that the SGU tags will not show up, but the tags for some other schools (that I added to test the tags) are working great. Can someone please help me with this? A lot of people rave about how helpful the SGU tags are and I’d love to use them.

Can you try resetting the optional tag?

Also, the SGU deck is showing as 0 cards when I check the optional tag on the AnkiHub website (like when I go to my profile and look at the tags I’m subscribed to, this one has zero cards). Maybe that has something to do with it?

It appears you do not have a active AnkiHub subscription. You need one to be able to subscribe to and view the optional tags for SGU if you haven’t downloaded them already

Yes I do, I downloaded the deck again yesterday. There are other tags showing up, this is the only one that doesn’t show up.

The reason it might look like I don’t have an account is because I pay for my subscription using an Apple generated email. I have been paying for a few months and would love to be able to use the deck :frowning:

You are subscribed to SGU_AnKing, there is also a “SGU” tag which I think might be the correct one?

Can you try subscribing to the one all the way at the bottom and see if that works?
