Optional tags not showing up

Hi everyone, I’ve seen a couple other posts about this but there seems to be no solution that is working for me. I’m trying to add optional tags but they are not adding to my deck.

I’ve tried subscribing and letting it sync, and then unsubscribing and restarting the process multiple times since yesterday. I thought it might need more time to sync so I even let it sync for like 2 hours. Does anyone know how I can fix this? The optional tag subheading isn’t even showing up, let alone the actual tags.

Second this! I am having the same problem. Tried many things but the AnkiHub_optional doesn’t even show up on the upper left. I have Reset Local Changes to optional Tag group but that didn’t help

Hi, I have tried resetting local changes and everything else that has been suggested on other threads. Unfortunately, the SGU tag won’t show up for me (or any tags at all). On the AnkiHub website, it shows me that I selected the tag for SGU, but it doesn’t show up in my deck. For the time being I have deleted the Anking deck but if this gets resolved please let me know because I would love to use the SGU tags!

It appears you do not have an active subscription. You need an active subscription in order to subscribe to optional tag groups

Hi Ahmed, I did have a membership but I cancelled it after I wasn’t able to figure out the optional tags.
