Ankihub sync cancelled

I keep getting this annoying message when i try to sync with ankihub.

please anyone know how to fix this?

thats seems to have helped. but now i cant access the step deck when i sync. it only keeps giving me the starter deck

no cards are appearing apart from the starter ones

From your main screen, if you click on โ€˜Ankihubโ€™ at the top and then โ€˜Deck Maintenanceโ€™ can you show me what you see?
