Last time I checked, about 2.5k First Aid cards and 5k Bootcamp cards still didn’t have a tag indicating their relevance for Step 1. However, I saw that in June the project, which was previously 90% complete, was marked as finished. I’d like to know if, upon completion, those cards (or at least some of them) were included.
I’ll help you find information about the yield-tagging status for First Aid and Bootcamp cards in the AnKing deck. Let me search for relevant topics about this project.

#FirstAid: This is marked as complete. The wiki states: “Based on First Aid 2021. This is probably the most comprehensive tag for the Step 1 deck and covers almost every single card.”
#Bootcamp: This is still marked as in progress. The wiki indicates that these tags were added by the Bootcamp company and are still being worked on.
Regarding your specific question about whether all cards now have yield tags, the high-yield tagging project is specifically mentioned in the wiki as being approximately 85% complete:
^HighYield - A project initiated with the goal of identifying whether cards are High Yield for the purposes of Step 1 study. This was initiated after the P/F exam scoring transition to help make studying easier for users. This project is not complete.
There are five levels of yield tagging being used, as shown in a screenshot from the wiki:
Must know
High yield
Relatively high yield
Low yield
Lower yield in UW and NBMEs
While the project was marked as finished in June, it seems that some cards may still be in the process of being tagged. The FirstAid tagging appears to be complete, but the Bootcamp tagging is still in progress.
If you need the most up-to-date information, you might want to check your deck directly or reach out to the AnKing team through their official channels.
The High yield project were primarily done on the original decks that the AnKing deck was based on (Zanki, lolnotacop, etc.) as this project was years old. Now, around 5k bootcamp cards and about 1.3k FA step 1 cards don’t have that designation. Bootcamp also includes step 2 cards in their tags for step 1 sometimes, so that can account for the discrepancy
