Hello, my anking card deck for BnB Renal and all other decks seem to have significantly less cards than my friends who use the same decks. They all have similar amount of cards, but I seem to have less of them. Would really appreciate the help.

Though it’s hard for me to draw any conclusions about other people’s collections without having more context/info, if there’s a specific tag you’d like to double-check I’d be happy to help confirm for you whether or not you have the correct number of cards.

This is a problem with all my tags from what I gathered, but the one I noticed was BnB renal, nephron physiology one. It is supposed to about 250 cards, while mine only have 170 cards. Also, when I try to do anything like syncing or resetting local changes, it just gives me a “outdated client” error. I have already updated my app as well.
Can you show me which tag you’re clicking on? Might be easier, as otherwise it’s a little bit tough to follow from a description and I’m not sure that I’m certain which tag it is that you’re describing.
Want to make sure we’re on the same page, at least.
This might very well be an issue.
This error indicates that you have an outdated client, so I would recommend that you update your client.
This can be done by ensuring that your Anki, and your add-ons, are fully up to date.
The most recent version of Anki (25.02) can be downloaded here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/
And once that’s done, your add-ons can be updated within Anki by clicking on Tools - Add-ons - Check for Updates.

Hello, I have updated my anki and my add-ons and the outdated client problem seems to have disappeared but there is still a card discrepancy. This is the example I mentioned earlier.
Gotcha. What likely happened is that, since your Anki was out of date, it was preventing the proper use and activity of your AnkiHub add-on (this is often the case with older versions of Anki in that they fall out of compatibility with add-ons).
Now that it sounds like you’ve gotten your Anki, and add-ons, updated we can go ahead and force a check of your local copy against the server copy; this will double-check your local collection and make sure that any updates (including cards, and tags) that you should have do indeed reach your local collection.

Let me know how/if that does the trick for you and we’ll go from there.
Thank you. It seems that my subscription ended a few days ago and that is why I am having trouble with the syncing.
