I recently purchased the AnKing Step Deck subscription. I noticed that I’m missing some cards compared to my classmates who have the same subscription. This issue persists even after syncing the deck.

Can you share a bit more detail about the specific difficulties you’re running into?
In particular, it’s hard to be able to say much about the collections of others, as it’s difficult to have much insight there.

It’s hard to say, given those images. Is your friend subscribed to more than one deck, which deck/s? Are you subscribed to more than one deck, which deck/s?
Particularly with long deck histories, there are a lot of reasons your friend’s collection may differ by a certain number of cards and it can be normal to some degree (old cards, multiple decks, etc.).
We are both subscribed to the Anking Step deck by AnkingMed. its weird because it highlighting that specific deck no other deck are selected so the numbers should match. unless i were to select multiple other decks

If you’d like, you can force a corroboration check of your local collection against the server copy by following this tutorial: Resetting Local Changes
Doing that, the card totals may change a bit but broadly you have the correct card total and, from what you’ve shared, I don’t see any reason to think that you’re missing anything
