the Anking deck is separate but I just noticed that some cards are in the old Zanki deck that I no longer use, I was hoping all cards would be in the Anking deck because it would be easier to review. How can I fix this?

You just need to move them all
This tutorial can help, just select the AnKingOverhaul (AnKing / AnKingMed) note type with the brackets when following this tutorial and move them to the correct deck
