The AnKing Overhaul deck is not integrated with the Zanki original decks. I prefer to study by subdecks, so this becomes difficult for me as unsuspending cards from the overhaul deck tagged for GI, for example, will not appear in the GI deck. It has been this way ever since I subscribed to AnkiHub after using V11
Why do you prefer to study by subdeck? You could make filtered decks based on tags that would be more efficient if you wish to only study a certain topic.

Filtered decks are way more powerful, it is worth learning and transitioning to them.
