When I unsuspend cards from AnKing it adds them all together in the main page instead of organizing them into topics like other decks

AnKing V12 is not organized by subdecks, but rather by tags.
To solve this issue, you can either move the cards into separate decks or a better alternative is creating custom filtered decks
