Please do not post a link to the FAQ or AnKing wiki, I’ve been through it all. I’m an older student and not very tech saavy. Please respond with step by step instructions.
I’ve added the ankihub add on, I’ve created and account and subscribed to the AnKing overhaul deck. I’m able to see the non official decks I’ve subscribed to via ankihub but the only AnKing decks I see are the introductory tutorial decks. When I go to Browse I can see that there are thousands of cards but I’m unable to pull them up unless I select preview mode. When I sort by #AK_Step2_v12 on the side bar filter it says there are 3,360 notes available and I think I did something because it used to show 17,000+ cards. Please help. The links on the website just takes me in circles.
To get all the cards, please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
Once you have all the cards:
First go to browse → click this button to set it to cards
The reason no cards are showing up is because all your cards are suspended, we automatically suspend all cards when you install the anking deck since the deck has 30,000+ cards.
In order to see the cards, you need to unsuspend your cards to be able to do them. Please click on any card that is yellow → right click → toggle suspend.
When it turns transparent it means that it is unsuspended. You will then see one blue card that you can do on your main screen.
You can select as many cards as you want and do the same
