I opened Anki and this pop out , I can’t press anything and it is unresponsive any one , force quit several times and nothing also , restarted my Mac and the problem still the same!
You can hold the shift key while Anki is starting, this will start Anki with all add-ons disabled.
Then you can update add-ons (you may have to go to Tools → Add-ons → Check for Updates) and restart Anki.
This should resolve your problem.
