Please help! I have tried everything to get the anking step deck to load into my desktop application so that I can use the uworld to anki feature, but when I try to search cards from uworld they dont exist in my application because my anking step deck only shows 500+ cards instead of ~28k. On ankihub the deck that I am subscribed to shows 28k but no matter how many times I sync or resubscribe or delete and redownload the deck only 585 cards will show. See screenshots below:

I resetted local changes and nothing changed. Here is the screenshot clicking on the tag you requested:
After you reset local changes, does Anki ask you whether you want to upload to or download from AnkiWeb? If it does, please make sure to click “Upload to AnkiWeb.” This is often why some users see no difference in Anki after resetting local changes.
Resetting local changes syncs your local Anki collection with the AnkiHub servers. It would be very rare for this not to resolve the issue of missing cards, but if it doesn’t, we will need to investigate further.
Please try resetting local changes again and ensure you select “Upload to AnkiWeb” if the pop-up appears.
@MarcosZan No, when I reset local changes it did not ask me that about ankiweb. I dont know what is wrong because I even deleted anki and redownloaded it, logged in and out of anki hub, subscribed and unsubscribed, and did everything that I could imagine

Please ensure you are on the latest version of Anki. You can download it here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/. After downloading, simply run the downloaded file to update your application.
To update the AnkiHub add-on:
- On your Anki main screen, go to Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates.
- After the update is complete, please restart Anki.
To reset and update your note type:
- Download this add-on: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/952691989
- After the add-on is installed, please restart Anki.
- On your Anki main screen, navigate to AnKing > AnKing Note Types.
- In the window that appears, first click the option to reset the note type, and then click to check for updates. Be sure to save your changes.
Then, please try reset local changes again, send us a screenshot of the number of cards and also of your Anki main screen so we can see your decks and to see if you have the AnkiHub addon installed
