When I updated to anking v12 (from v11) it replaced my old sketchy photos for bugs and drugs (which had specific cards related to the question) with very generic cards. I’ve tried to unsubscribe, delete, and resubscribe, but that has not worked. I can also go onto ankihub (via the symbol in the bottom right) and it shows the appropriate card. Any thoughts?

It appears you have protected your sketchy field which is why it does not look the same
If you want it to look the same as to what AnkiHub has, you need to go to the AnkiHub website → click on AnKing Overhaul → on the top right click on manage protected data → find the sketchy field and uncheck it
Then reset local changes like this
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Thank you for the quick and kind response. I was able to go in to ankihub and unlick the sketchy protected data. I am now running into an issue with the ankhub addon tab. I cannot seem to find the “reset local changes” button. I’ll attach a photo
