Anyway some of the graphic sizes can get adjusted system wide? Ridiculously large

Is there anyway that images for certain cards could be adjusted system wide to fit better on the screen? I can obviously adjust the size on my own, but that’ll just get overridden whenever there is an update. Example of cards that could benefit. I just don’t see why the question image has to be SO large? Then the answer/extra image doesn’t fit, and imho having such an unnecessarily large image is a bit distracting to my flow once I click for the answer… it seems very doable and normal that both images could be shrunken permanently so they fit?

I already have my image settings adjusted to be 60% max height/width… any more adjustment will ruin the size of smaller scale cards and make important things difficult to see.

Would love to see this fix for all cards with similar problems. Sometimes the images are just so BIG and take up SO much space.

Hello,

You can maintain the size by protecting that card specifically, that way it will not get overwritten

To do this:

1. Go to the card you want to edit
2. Right click
3. Click on “AnkiHub: Protect fields”
4. Protect the text or extra field of that card
5. Make the change to the image

Now it will not get overwritten
