Are my cards updating?

So i just want to know whether my cards are updating or not, specifically the content in the Text and Extra fields.

My Special Fields addon is on and it has “all fields are special” ticked (update settings)

Does this prevent my cards from updating to the latest information? Should I change my special field addon settings? Awaiting your advice.
