I have the butler installed, and after it installed all of its add ons the anki hub add on will not work.
One or more errors occurred:
1322529746: Invalid code, or add-on not available for your version of Anki.
I apologize for the late response. Which version of Anki are you running? Which butler did you install?
Ensure you are running 2.1.64 Qt6 and using the respective butler. Then open tools > add-ons > check for updates > update
Restart Anki and check to see if you are still having any issues. Let me know when you’ve done all that
Is it worth downloading the butler add on if I have been using AnKing for over 2 years now? Debating whether this is a good idea since I have been using it for quite some time and do not want to mess anything up.
Honestly I haven’t used the Butler add-on so I can’t say that I’m super expert in what it is, or what it entails. From what I gather, though, it’s sort of a one-stop-shop for folks who are new to Anki in that it pre-installs a bunch of add-ons.
But, my sincere suspicion is that if you’ve been using Anki for 2+ years it may not be of a ton of benefit. But, maybe it’s worth tinkering with, in case you find something cool? It can’t hurt, in any regard, though again I haven’t used it so please don’t quote me on any of this directly.
