Can not upload decks to collaborate?

Hi Everyone,

I click the deck I want to collaborate and it tries to upload and cant each time. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Anki and the addon. But the same problem happens each time.

Is there a chance I downloaded the wrong version of Anki? Im on a MacBook air that’s from 2016 running 12.6.6 Monterey.

I read that some add-ons need an older version of Anki. Would that be my problem do I need an old version for Anki hub to work?

Are you getting an error?

What’s your Anki version? You can find the version under Help > About. Anki 2.1.64 is currently recommended.

What Anki version are you on? I think the issue you are experiencing is solved by using a QT5 version of Anki. If you can install version 2.1.64 QT5 and retry and see if the issue persists
