Hey, I have the same issue, where one can’t find the cancel button. I‘ve already emailed the support, but I thought why not look it up again, if there is no other solution. So here I am.
I‘d like to add though that it‘s a great service, but I currently don‘t need it anymore - happily enough.
@bobcopeland We currently have an issue with our payment processor not allowing users to cancel their subscriptions. Our developer team are on it and are working on a fix. It should be out very very soon
For now, we are processing cancellations manually through the support team.

I’m having the same issue. @Ahmed7 Please help with canceling my subscription as well! I’d hope that the cancelation process is more transparent and streamlined moving forward, considering so many folks are posting with the same challenges.
Dr. @Ahmed7 I kindly ask you to cancel my subscription as I have wasted a lot of time trying to figure out where to cancel my subscription in the settings…
