Can't Cancel Subscription Through Stripe

I followed the advice on several cancellation topics, for example How do I cancel my AnkiHub membership?

All of the steps took me to the Stripe billing page where there is no option to cancel your subscription. It just tells me I’m going to be billed $66 dollars next cycle.

How do I actually cancel my subscription.

I am also having this same issue. I only remember signing up for one month but it looks like I am getting charged each month for my subscription so I am worried that it won’t just automatically end.

I am also having the same problem and am not able to cancel on the stripe billing page. There is not even an option to cancel or change my membership?

We currently have a bug with our payment processor preventing cancellations so they will have to be done manually through the support team.

Hi, could you please cancel my subscriptions? I have the same issue with my monthly plan. Cannot cancel ankihub subscription even though I follow the steps >settings > Manage subscription and payments (there is no option to cancel).
