I cannot find a way to cancel my AnkiHub subscription, and all of the previous posts/directions provided by AnkiHub staff do not work. The menu items or “buttons” they are referring to don’t exist. Please let me know how I can cancel my subscription.

Hello, I also need to cancel my subscription. There is no indication on the “membership management portal” to cancel your subscription. Only to change payment method.
