You can take the following steps to cancel your account:​

  • Go to https://app.ankihub.net/
  • Navigate to your settings by clicking Settings at the top of the page.
  • Scroll down to ‘Billing and Plans’ (at the bottom of thepage).

You should be able to cancel your subscription from there.
