Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to AnkiHub!

To help you see your deck, please go through these quick checks step by step:

1. Confirm you actually subscribed to the deck on AnkiHub

  1. Go to: https://ankihub.net/decks (make sure you’re logged into the correct AnkiHub account).
  2. Find the deck you’re trying to use.
  3. Make sure the Subscribe button is clicked (it should show that you’re already subscribed).

If you don’t see the deck listed there, you’ll need to subscribe first.

2. Check that the AnkiHub add‑on is installed and logged in

In the Anki desktop app:

  1. Go to Tools → Add-ons and confirm AnkiHub is in the list and enabled.
  2. In Anki, go to AnkiHub → Log in and log in with the same email you used on the website.

If AnkiHub isn’t installed, you can find the installation guide here:
https://community.ankihub.net/t/how-to-install-and-set-up-ankihub/

3. Sync the deck from AnkiHub into Anki

Once you’re logged in in Anki:

  1. Click AnkiHub → Manage AnkiHub Decks.
  2. Find your deck in the list and click Download / Sync (or similar wording depending on version).
  3. Wait for it to finish; then look in your Anki Decks screen for the new deck name.

If you don’t see it in Manage AnkiHub Decks, it usually means:

  • You’re logged into the wrong AnkiHub account in Anki, or
  • You’re not subscribed to the deck on the website.

4. Check for filtered decks / subdecks

Sometimes decks “disappear” because:

  • You’re viewing a Filtered Deck instead of the main one.
  • The deck is a subdeck under a parent deck and you only see the top-level name.
    • Click the small arrow next to the parent deck name to expand.

5. Let me know these details

If it’s still not working, please reply with:

  1. The exact deck name you’re trying to see.
  2. Whether you see it under AnkiHub → Manage AnkiHub Decks in Anki.
  3. A screenshot of:
    • Your Decks screen in Anki.
    • The Manage AnkiHub Decks window.

With that info I can give more precise steps.
