Can't see the deck after selecting add and subscribing

I followed the steps to select an add on and then subscribed but cannot see the Anki Deck. Kindly help!

From that image, if you click on the Step Deck and then click ‘Install’ can you tell me what you see?

In particular, you might keep an eye on the bottom-left corner of the Anki screen and see if there is an error message present
