my decks are not adding on, I’ve subscriped to the Anking step one deck plus I’ve synced and all I see is getting started with anki, can I please get some assistance.

Im not recieving any errors or anything of that sort I just can’t see the Anking step deck and nothing is suspended in the browse section.
