I’m sorry to hear you’re having synchronization issues with your AnkiHub deck. Since you’re a Premium subscriber, let’s troubleshoot this step by step.
Try these solutions:
-
Update your AnkiHub add-on
First, make sure your AnkiHub add-on is up to date:- Go to Tools → Add-ons → Check for Updates
- Restart Anki if an update was installed
-
Check your network connection
- Try connecting to a different network or use mobile data hotspot
- Some firewalls or security software might block AnkiHub connections
-
Re-login to AnkiHub
- Open Anki
- Go to the AnkiHub add-on menu
- Log out and then log back in
-
Try the unsubscribe/resubscribe method
- Go to the AnkiHub add-on
- Click Deck management
- Click on your deck
- Click Unsubscribe
- Then go to AnkiHub Web App
- Subscribe again to your deck
- Go back to Anki and click sync, follow the prompts
-
Reset local changes
If the above doesn’t work:- Go to Browse in your Anki
- At the top click on the AnkiHub addon tab
- Press “Reset all local changes”
If none of these solutions work, please upload your logs so the support team can take a closer look:
- Go to AnkiHub → Help → Upload logs (not data)
- Let us know the filename shown

The AnkiHub team usually responds within 1-2 business days.
Hello,
Could you please provide more details about what exactly is happening?
Do you already have the deck but can’t sync to receive updates, or do you not have the deck at all and can’t get it to appear in Anki?
Also, could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing in Anki and/or any error messages?
With this information, I’ll be able to better understand your issue and help you out!
