Yes, i tried reinstalling ankihub, did all the update, but the error still occurs.

hey! I’m also having the same issue. Unable to login to ankihub both on PC browser and in the Anki computer app but when connected to other network which is not at my home it worked. Also it works alright when login is done in the Mobile phone’s browser with my home network. Can’t understand what’s happening…? Here’s the screenshot with error.

Try using Firefox or Edge and see if that resolves the issue

Hello! My pc’s OS is Windows and i’ve checked on edge, chrome, brave and firefox and every browser shows same error but when I change my network from my home to outside network the login website can be accessed without any issue. What’s odd about this is it can be accessed without error on mobile browser on my home network!

Just to make sure: do you by chance have any firewalls, internet security, anything similar to that at home? Those are often a first-line culprit in cases like this

It’s more common to see them at schools and workplaces, though it’s not unheard of to have something like this with home security as well

No. Nothing like that. See I can access this website on mobile phone on the same home internet. I’ve tried resetting network settings, reinstalled browsers, done clean reboot but the issue on pc remains.

nope. Accessing is fine

Can you try AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs (without data) instead? That should be done quickly.
