Can't connect to ankihub

I just downloaded ankihub and have been unable to sync any decks I’ve subscribed to. When I start anki, I get the notification to install the deck I’ve subscribed to, but every time I try to install the deck, I get the error shown below. When I check the ankihub tab in my anki app, the “Media sync” status says “idle.” I’ve tried looking at past instances of people having this issue but none of their fixes seem to help me.

I’ve already done the following:

-updated my anki app to version 2.1.56Qt6
-downloaded ankihub, special fields, colorful tags/hierarchal tags add-ons
-restarted my computer
-tried different internet connections
-logging out of ankihub and logging back in
-unsubscribing and resubscribing to the deck I want
-restarting anki

Can you try downloading Anki version 23.10 and try again?

Hi! Are you referring to version 23.12.1 qt6? I’ve also tried that but it has not fixed the issue.

Please upload your logs using AnkiHub > Help > Upload logs and post the filename shown.

it seems like that function doesn’t work for me. It never finishes uploading the logs
