Welcome to the AnkiHub Community!
It looks like youâve just posted the default description text for the Support category, but havenât yet described your actual problem. To help you get the deck onto your Anki app, weâll need a bit more information.
Please reply with:
What exactly youâre trying to do
Are you trying to:
Subscribe to a shared deck on AnkiHub, or
Get a deck you already added on the AnkiHub web app to appear in your Anki desktop or mobile app?
Your setup
Device + OS (e.g. Windows, macOS, iPad, Android)
Anki version (from Help â About on desktop, or app store version on mobile)
Whether AnkiHub add-on is installed on desktop, and its version (Tools â Add-ons â AnkiHub)
What you see vs. what you expect
Any error messages (copy them or screenshot)
Does the deck show up:
On the AnkiHub website (under âMy Decksâ)?
In Anki desktop?
In AnkiWeb?
In the meantime, here are the usual steps to get an AnkiHub deck into Anki:
On the AnkiHub website
Go to the deck page on AnkiHub.
Click Subscribe to the deck.
Make sure youâre logged into the same AnkiHub account youâll use in the add-on.
On Anki desktop
Install the AnkiHub add-on if you havenât: Tools â Add-ons â Get Add-ons â paste the AnkiHub code from the docs.
Open Tools â AnkiHub.
Log in with the same account you used on the website.
Click Sync Decks (or similar option) so the subscribed deck is downloaded.
After that, do a normal Anki sync (top-right sync button) so it can reach your mobile device via AnkiWeb.
On mobile (AnkiDroid / AnkiMobile)
Make sure youâre logged into AnkiWeb on mobile with the same account as on desktop.
Tap Sync; the deck that was pulled via AnkiHub on desktop should now appear.
Reply with the details above and exactly where in this process things fail (e.g. âdeck shows on AnkiHub but not in Anki desktopâ, or âAnkiHub add-on wonât log me inâ), and I can give you stepâbyâstep instructions specific to your situation.
Iâm having trouble using AnkiHub on my Anki app.
I already paid for the subscription and I am able to log in successfully on the AnkiHub website without any issues. However, in the Anki application, I keep getting errors (such as âcancelledâ) and Iâm unable to sync or update the decks.
I have already tried logging out and logging back in, but the issue persists.
At the moment, I am using mobile data, and Iâm not sure if this could be affecting the connection.
Could you please help me understand what is causing this issue and how I can fix it?
Could you please provide a screenshot of the errors you are encountering? Please take as many screenshots as needed of the errors, and if it is too long, copy and paste it here.
In the meantime, try this:
At the bottom of your Anki, go to create a deck, create one and name it anything
In that deck, add a card (any card, just write something and add it)
Sync
If this doesnât resolve the issue, could you please upload your logs? Hereâs how:
In the Anki app, navigate to the menu: AnkiHub > Help > Upload Logs.
A filename will be shown in a confirmation pop-up. Please copy and paste that filename here for us.
The Mastering Radiology deck is not an official deck maintained by the AnkiHub team, so you will need to follow the instructions provided by the deck owner. As seen on the deck page (Sign In), the owner has hosted the media separately in another location.
