    • Make sure you’re on a supported Anki version (usually latest stable) and the latest AnkiHub add-on.
    • In Anki desktop:
      1. Go to Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub → Config and confirm you’re logged into the correct AnkiHub account.
      2. Click AnkiHub → Sync Now from the top menu (not just the regular Anki sync button) and note what happens.
    • Log into https://app.ankihub.net, go to My Decks, and confirm:
      • The deck is listed there.
      • You are still subscribed to it.

In the meantime, follow these steps and see if you can get it to work:

  1. Make sure you have an active membership: AnkiHub memberships
  2. Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
  3. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  4. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying
