It looks like you’ve copied the category description into your post but haven’t yet described your actual problem.

To help with “cards don’t show up in Anki even after I sync,” please reply with:

  1. What exactly you’re trying to sync

    • Are you:
      • Subscribed to an AnkiHub deck? If yes, which one?
      • Or trying to sync via AnkiWeb only?
  2. Your setup

    • Device + OS (e.g. Windows, macOS, iPad, Android)
    • Anki version (from Help → About on desktop)
    • AnkiHub add-on version (from Tools → Add-ons → AnkiHub)
  3. What you see in each place

    • In AnkiHub web: Do you see the deck and cards there?
    • In Anki desktop:
      • Do you see the deck name in the Decks screen?
      • If you open that deck, are there 0 new / 0 learning / 0 review?
    • Any error messages when you:
      • Click the regular Anki sync button (top-right cloud)
      • Use the AnkiHub sync (Tools → AnkiHub → Sync)
  4. Screenshots

    • One screenshot of:
      • AnkiHub web page showing the deck
    • And one of:
      • Anki desktop “Decks” screen after syncing

Once you share that info, I can narrow it down. In the meantime, here are the most common AnkiHub-specific causes:

  • Deck not actually subscribed on AnkiHub
    • On AnkiHub web, open the deck page and confirm the button says “Unsubscribe” (which means you’re currently subscribed). If it says “Subscribe”, click it, then sync again via:
      • Tools → AnkiHub → Sync in Anki
  • AnkiHub not fully set up in Anki
    • In Anki desktop:
      • Go to Tools → Add-ons
      • Make sure AnkiHub is enabled
      • Click Config and check you’re logged into the correct AnkiHub account
      • Then run Tools → AnkiHub → Sync
  • Cards in a different deck than you expect
    • In Anki desktop, use the Browse window:
      • Press B or go to Browse
      • In the left sidebar, look for decks with unusual names or subdecks
      • Search for a keyword you know is in one of the missing cards

Reply with the details above and I’ll walk you through the exact next steps.

I truly don’t understand why you make everything so complicated to understand. I’ve been trying to download my cards for the past hour and you have the most counter intuitive website I’ve ever seen.
