Can't see the deck after downloading

I have recently subscribed to the deck and followed the above steps, however there is no actual “deck”. The cards show up as tags when I browse, but there is no Step 1 v12 deck that I can actually use. Please help with the next steps to actually access the cards. thank you

Did you have V11 before? or any Zanki deck before?
