Can't sign in to AnkiHub in desktop app

I purchased an annual membership, subscribed to the AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2 deck, and installed the AnkiHub add-on, but keep getting the error “wrong credentials” when I try to sign into my AnkiHub account? Please help!

Have you entered your username and password correctly when signing into the ankihub addon?

If you log out of the AnkiHub website, can you log in fine with the same creditenials?
