Trouble logging in

Hi there,

I’m having trouble logging into Ankihub on Anki.

I’ve redownloaded Anki to ensure i have the latest version, I’ve triple checked I’m typing my username/email and password in right to the point that I copy and paste it in from my saved passwords.

I also have a subscription do that’s also not the problem.

However it still shows up with “unable to log in to Ankihub with the provided credentials.” every time.

Please help me solve this problem so I can login and get started!
