Please follow these steps carefully to resolve the issue:

Update Anki: First, please ensure you are on the latest version of Anki. You can download it here: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

Update AnkiHub in Safe Mode:
- Start Anki in safe mode by holding down the
Shift
key while you open it. - Once Anki is open in safe mode, go to
Tools > Add-ons > Check for Updates
to update the AnkiHub add-on.

Configure Your Profile:
- After the updates are done, log in to your account on AnkiHub.net.
- Click on âSettingsâ at the top of the page.
- Fill out the âStudy Preferencesâ tab as shown below.

Final Restart: Close and re-open Anki normally (without holding Shift) to see if youâre all set.
