There are cards that are placed in the wrong sub deck like some cardio cards are placed in the respiratory tract and some immune cards are placed in the cardio subdeck. Anyway they can fix this because I really don’t want to have to do it myself.

I’m sorry to say that you may have to reach out to the deck owner for this, as the deck was uploaded by an individual user and isn’t maintained by the AnkiHub team unfortunately
You can likely move the cards in our own local collection, or you might try contacting the owner via the deck landing page on AnkiHub.net, as it would be the deck owner would be best in a position to be able to help you with their deck
It may also be that the owner of the deck intended for those cards to be in their current location and that you may want to move them in your local collection regardless. Though again here, likely the deck owner would be best in a position to be able to confer with you on tihs
