i synced anki hub with anki, but when i used the browse button, no tags related to the anking decks , its empty

Please follow these steps and let me know if you are still experiencing any issues! :blush:

  1. Make sure you have an active membership: Sign In
  2. Install the Ankihub addon: Install Ankihub Addon (New User)
  3. Subscribe to and install a deck: Subscribe/Install Step Deck (New User)
  4. Start using the deck: How to Get Started Studying

okayy its done but all the images are missing. one more last question, im studying for step 1 so do i have to toggle all step 2 and 3 cards???

For missing images:

A quick note: After you download a deck for the first time, it’s normal for the images to take some time to load, depending on your internet connection. Please try these steps:

  1. Check if the media sync is idle in your main Anki window.

  2. Make sure the “Extra” field is not protected: How to Manage Protected Fields
  3. Reset your local changes: How to Reset Local Changes

If these steps don’t solve the issue, please send us a screenshot showing an example of a missing image.

About studying for Step 1:

If you are studying for Step 1, you only need to study the cards tagged for it. You can find them by exploring the tags in the Anki browser, and you can also browse for tags based on your specific study resources.
